Fall Angel

After taking a drive through an empty Times Square, I wasn’t expecting to see anybody here or anywhere. But the magic of NYC lives on and there I was, on an empty street with a street artist playing his guitar. It was like a hope-filled scene from a post-apocalyptic movie. He was wearing a face mask playing ‘What a wonderful world’ by Louis Armstrong, there were birds inside the passage chirping louder than his guitar. A surreal and sublime moment indeed!
