Big Bad Wolf

I stood there, with Sanctuary staff, as this big, bad, black, beautiful wolf approached me. It was a menacing and exciting moment to have this wolf survey me. It felt as if I’d just received permission from my subject to take his portrait. We’ve all heard or read about how our companion, the dog, descends from wolves. And they are very similar except for one small detail; when you see a wolf you immediately know it is not a dog. They command respect at the highest level, they don’t wiggle their tail or rub themselves up against against you. There is no time for games, it’s all business and respect.
