I used to go to Coopers Beach every morning to watch the waves, enjoy my coffee and pistachio muffin and breathe. These are my fondest memories of Summer ’21. When Hurricane Henry hit Long Island, the waves reached new heights as if Aivazovsky’s painting, “The Ninth Wave” came o life.
