Legacy

While animals are my passion, I am constantly in awe of humanity and our very special relationship to animals. This young boys’ father owns hundreds of horses, but to keep costs low, they allow the horses to roam free and feed naturally. I asked them if they could kindly gather some horses for me to shoot. This wonderful boy, without much help from his father who was working, manages to gather at least 100 horses for me just by riding his. At one point he rode his horse through the water and posed for me in front of Turkey’s second highest point as his background.
